Soooo, I'm not dead! But I was gone for literally half of the year, mainly just because I was super busy with school and just life in general.
BUT NOW I'M BACK BABY And because its been so long and theres so many new things that I want to talk about and so many new things I now love, I wanted to use this post as a almost a re-introduction of myself...
Not saying that I haven't been in the past but I want this blog in a way to be as honest and personal as possible, and what I mean by this is, I don't want this blog to just one thing or for it to just consist of the same things. I want this blog to be aesthetically pleasing, but I also don't want to get boxed into certain aesthetics or post ideas, y'know what I mean?
My aesthetic changed a little bit since I was last on here and I want change my blog according to my new style, but don't be surprised if my blog one day goes from the memoirs of a girly, princesscore, dream girl to the thoughts of angsty grunge teen from the 2000s. Just saying...
Over all, I just want this blog to be my own comfortable space for me to express myself and for others to pretty much do the same. I'm not gonna be tellin' ya'll all my darkest, innermost secrets or anything but I just want to try some new things!
Anyway...in honor of my first, ever blog post which was an introduction to myself and somethings about me, heres my updated 2023 re-introduction!:

- I'm a Christian! (I always have been but I just never really said it.)
- I'm an Enneagram 4, but go to a 1 in stress.
- I'm an HSP, which is a hyper-sensitive person.
- I have synesthesia (if you don't know what that is, don't worry it's not a brain tumor. Here's a Wikipedia article on it!: Synesthesia)
- I'm team Jacob (sorry team Edward xoxo <3)
- I'm really big on self-care and I love talking about it and mental health quite a bit.
- My aesthetic changes literally every day, but I mainly engage in the coquette aesthetic, cottage-core, soft grunge, Light Academia, kawaii aesthetics, fairy-core, mermaid-core and princess-core.
- My favorite colors are baby pink, dusty pink, black, brown, lavender, periwinkle, and honestly just every color under the sun.
- I'm big shΕjo manga/anime lover! My favorite anime include Kamisama Kiss, Fruits Basket, Snow White With The Red Hair, Sailor Moon (the original and "Crystal"), MHA, and my favorite mangas are Strobe Edge and Princess Jellyfish!
- I still love The Beatles and Paul is still my favorite, but I'm also a big fan of Radiohead, The Smiths and The Cure. (there's just somethin' about British boy bands!)
- My favorite songs as of this current moment would be:
- I love painting, drawing, collaging, experimenting with artistic makeup styles and just making art in general.
- I'm a theater kid and I finally did my first two musicals in 2022 which were so, so, so much fun!!!!
- I love to write: Poetry, songs short stories, etc...I would honestly love to become a writer one day.
- You probably already know, I'm a big fashion person and I love creating new outfit combinations. Lately, I've been really into 60's fashion, 2000s coquette outfits and mermaidcore/princesscore looks and more monochrome outfits.
- My favorite food is STILL California Rolls and my favorite way to eat them is with eel and teriyaki sauce.
- I still love, love, love museums! My favorites are The Getty Center, The Met, CAAM, The Huntington, LACMA, The Natural History Museum, and the Getty Villa.
- I still love Rookie Mag and I would one day love to make a website/digital magazine like it that embraces the trials and tribulations of teenage girls to make them feel seen as much as Rookie did for me.
- I love cosplaying and while i'm not on the maximum, cosplay level as other creators I would love to do more cosplay content!
- My favorite time periods the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's 90's and 2000s
- I STILL don't like beetles (the bugs, still not the band)
- I've STILL never seen snow...
- I still play acoustic guitar but I don't play ukulele anymore (but still I wanna play electric guitar...and I might get one....we'll see...)
- My favorite shows are Sailor Moon, Gilmore Girls, Somebody Feed Phil, SNL, H2o: Just Add Water, Loki, Fruits Basket, Snow White With The Red Hair, Moesha, Stranger Things (i still haven’t watched all of season 4 because its way to scary for me πππ), Wandavison, Moon Knight, Ms. Marvel, Adventure Time, Steven Universe, Gravity Falls, The Proud Family, and probably some other shows that I can't think of at the moment.
- From my list of shows you can probably tell that i'm a huge Marvel nerd...
- I specifically love movies from the 50s, the 80s and the 2000s. Especially 2000s romcoms and teen movies like Serendipity, Memoirs of a Geisha, Last Holiday, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Brown Sugar, 17 Again, etc...
- I love all things pastel and hyper-feminine! <3
- I hate taking naps... I just do, and whenever I try to take one I always wake up feeling like I caught the flu... ΰΉ﹏ΰΉ EDIT: (I now have become a serial napper this summer and I have now learned how to do it successfully!!!!)
- I would choose tea over coffee given any day.
- I still don't really like spicy food, but I can tolerate it a lot better than I used to be able to.
- I still love Lana Del Rey and I'm awaiting her new album!
- I'm still an avid vintage-lover and antique trinket collector and I probably will be until the end.
- I love rain and thankfully, it's been raining for the past 3 weeks!
- I'M STILL HOMESCHOOLED AND STILL SOCIALIZED!!!! YEAH BBY
- I'm still a huge Disney person and Disneyland is one of my most favorite places.
