This Thanksgiving was a lot smaller than it usually is but the overflowing amount of food and leftovers were the same as they always are.

Here's a photo of my plate...

That's mac n cheese, green beans + potatos, yams, cranberry sauce, greens, dressing, turkey wings AND a roll....

sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I still have post Thanksgiving-itis...

The day after Thanksgiving (AKA Christmas) we decided to watch the movie "Jingle Jangle" on Netflix.......

It was probably the best Christmas movie I have seen in my whole life!!!!!!!!

The dancing, the costumes, the music, the effects, THE ALL BLACK CAST. It was truly amazing.

It's kinda rare to see black people in Christmas movies, Steampunk, Musicals or period piece outfits so this movie was really cool.

Most recently I've been really in love with 2000s cyber/futuristic aesthetics so here's some photos that remind me of that kind of style.

Personally for me one of the worst parts about Covid is the fact that I have nowhere to wear cute outfits so I end up dressing like a kawaii, 50s, alt princess to the living room.

Here are some people who's style I've been LOVING recently:

I found out about Nai Palm a little while ago but earlier this year I found out about her band 'Hiatus Kaiyote', and I heard the song 'The Lung' for the first time and I couldn't stop listening to it.

I never knew she had such a creative style until I looked at her IG @artykarateparty and SHE"S SOOOOOOOO COOL!!!

The only way I could possibly describe her style/aesthetic is artsy, boho, rocker, glitter, samurai, Native American, Princess Mononoke, South Asian, cowgirl, jungle, wolf, space, tiger, river, rainbow?!?

I don't even think I can put a name to it, she's just really cool.

She even dressed as Princess Mononoke for a show once!!!

BTW we recently got HBO MAX so I can watch all the Studio Ghibli movies! (I've only seen Ponyo) Spirited Away has become my favorite movie so far, I'm gonna watch Princess Mononoke next this weekend.
